mirzakhani An extreme metal Christmas song seemed like a recipe for comedy, and honestly an uncontrollable smile came across my face the first time I heard this, but I must admit that it is well done and not nearly as gimmicky as I thought it would be. The tremolo riffs adopt the classic melody quite well, and the the growled vocals take on the lyrics faithfully all while adding a sinister nature. This isn't your mother's Christmas music, and I love it that way.

I'd say Havukruunu is the rightful holder of the Crown and the mantle of Quorthon. Epic choirs, vikingesque themes and tales from the other times, of the Finnish paganism back in the days before our ancestors were brought to the cross and forced to kneel while feeling the bloody sword of saviour on their throats made to kiss the hand of murderers who burnt thousands, tore down our holy places and took our holy days.
